Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

CICB 2026 Baseball

Full or partial refunds must be requested in writing and sent to cicompbaseball@gmail.com. The CICB refund policy is as follows: There is a $50 fee upon registration that covers the tryout fee, this fee is non-refundable, but will go towards your players registration cost. If you are placed on a travel team and decide to not play travel ball prior to November 1st a full refund less the $50 fee and any online fees CICB is accessed will be refunded. If you are placed on a in-house team and decide not to play in-house ball and a refund is requested before February 1st a full refund less $50 and any online fees CICB is accessed will be granted. Any requests after February 1st (but before practice dates) will returned minus the $50 fee, with an additional $25 fee (uniform costs) and an online fees CICB is assessed. No refund after 1st scheduled practice date.
