Refund Policy

Full or partial refunds must be requested in writing and sent to cicompbaseball@gmail.com.  

The CICB refund policy is as follows:

There is a $50 fee upon registration that covers the tryout fee, this fee is non-refundable for ages 9U-14U, but the fee WILL go towards your players registration cost. If you are placed on a travel team and decide to not play travel ball prior to November 1st a full refund less the $50 fee and any online fees CICB is accessed will be refunded. If you are placed on a in-house team and decide not to play in-house ball and a refund is requested before February 1st a full refund less $50 and any online fees CICB is accessed will be granted. Any requests after February 1st (but before practice dates) will be returned minus the $50 fee, with an additional $25 fee (uniform costs) and any online fees CICB is assessed. 8U and T-Ball refunds will be granted if the uniforms have not been ordered or the season practices have not started. If uniforms have been ordered, you will be charged the cost of the uniform fee and any online fees CICB is assessed.

No refund after 1st scheduled practice date for any age group.
